From 17 July 2019, the Military Academy "G. S. Rakovski" is a regular member of EVIC.

The Academy is represented by Gen. Major Dr. Grudi Angelov - Head of the Academy and Col. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dimitar Tashkov, Deputy Head of the Academic and Scientific Section.

The partnership between the Academy and EVIC started at the beginning of 2018 in the field of higher education and innovation in electrical mobility.

The areas of co-operation are: to promote the university activities of the Military Academy, develop electric mobility, cyber security, introduce new masters in the academy curriculum, vocational training, joint research and projects.

The partners will work actively on topics of electric mobility and cyber security. This is also their common membership of the National Platform for Education and Innovation in Energy Cyber ​​Security.
