The organization received a certificate from the BULGARIAN INDUSTRIAL ASSOATION - UNION OF BULGARIAN BUSINESS, in its capacity as an employers' organization recognized as representative at the national level with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria No. 48 of 29.01.2025 (published in the State Gazette No. 9 of 31.01.2025),

On the basis of Art. 36, para. 8 of the Labor Code, the Industrial Cluster of Electric Vehicles, a member of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce, is a representative organization of employers.

The certificate is valid for 2026.
